teaser!

hey guys! so today i have a teaser update on the new place! i tried to take a picture of the paint colour john picked but it's really hard without proper lighting! I'll give you a hint, I sent him to the store strongly urging him that a soft whimsical turquoise is my favorite! ( no i didn't use those words ). he didn't seem too interested in the decorating ( as always ), so i wanted to include him. that's how we got here!

here's an idea of the paint chip, hard to tell on the monitor, it looks really light? guess you'll have to wait and see!



this was a buffet i got FREE on craigslist! i'm such a dummy, i thought i took a picture of the "before".. i didn't! here's a during:



it was SUPER ugly before, as you can tell from the shells.. imagine those stained to an ugly oak? yuck.

i really have NO idea what i will use this one for, but it was $0.77 a meter in the bargain center.
